Best tastes of Tallahassee

Out of all the things I love in this world my absolute number one favorite is food. Yes, that's right, just like everyone else I am OBSESSED with the stuff but there is a great reason why! The world offers so many different variety and culture to each meal I can't help but want to try everything. So to start things off I decided to capture the delicious meals around my college town of Tallahassee so that others may be able to indulge themselves in the same tastes I have once they visit this amazing city. To start things I have posted a few of my favorite places already around the college area:

1. Madison Social

One of my favorite places to brunch at because they always take the one meal you always crave and turn it even better. Who doesn't love tots with a side of eggs for breakfast am I right? If you want a nice dining meal to enjoy with your roommates, a first date, or you parents visiting then Madison Social is definitely one of my favorite recommendations to enjoy quality time at with your special people.

2. Bento Cafe

I always find myself craving sushi and one restaurant that never fails to satisfy all my needs of hunger is Bento Cafe. From sushi to poke bowls, Bento offers the most delicious options that I always love to try. This particular restaurant is not just a Tallahassee native, so if you happen to be in another city just passing by and happen to see their sign, I highly encourage you stopping in to try a poke bowl or two.

3. Merv's

My all time favorite restaurant in the city of Tallahassee is none other than Merv's. This was the first place I ate at when I first came to town as a college student and I fell in love at first bite! Just reading the menu will make your mouth water for a delicious melt served up with the best sides of tots (yes they have the best around!) you could ever imagine! If you're looking for a place that has an open environment feel and is definitely quick to serve you, this is one of the best places to visit when you're starving. Even take the time to try their signature Mac n Cheese melt, one of my personal favorites that's for sure!
